Great people on the ground and some amazing leaders at Head Office in Kings Cross ( Present COO & Inspiring CEO) Modern offices which are nicely stocked with breakfast etc for employees Amazing growth story Free gym membership for you and a friend/partner

Cons

Toxic and unprofessional environment especially in the HR team which has almost 50% turnover. Leadership team are too close (board meetings openly held at the CEO's house, working sessions at one anothers homes) which makes it hard for staff to whistle blow on unfair behavior for fear of losing their jobs.
