      Pros

      Good Bonus/benefits, mostly WFH, 1 day in the office. Lots of work to go around. Fast pace. Gain a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Not a tech company, so naturally, progression will be slow, with a small team. Not much time is dedicated to learning and improving skill-wise/certifications, since the workload is quite a lot and constant.
