      Exposure to large numbers of people.

      Cons

      -Freshly qualified PTS with no experience. -Young staff members, which are great to work with if your 21,not so much at an older age. -No real help or direction from management unless it's something which immediately affects them. -Abusive members are rarely, if ever are thrown out. -Unbelievably clicky. -Management openly play favourites and will let those people get away with murder if they like them.
