Pros

Easy work, ability to work from home, colleagues generally laid back and casual, free gym membership for yourself and a friend plus brand discounts

Cons

Total disconnect between management and part time staff, disorganised and poor communication between departments and staff within same department, management and senior members of the team can be patronising and unable to accept they could potentially be wrong, weak incentives and too much pressure to perform with lack of appropriate training

Pros

Access to many members that are potential clients. Equipment is good enough for training 'normal' people.

Cons

Rent is too expensive £550/month, no support for self-employed PTs though you still have to pay the licence fee (£240/yr) and wear the uniform just like their employed individuals who get paid £450 and pay the same £550 in rent.
