Great members. No weekend work.

Cons

Toxic culture, bullying from higher management, You will only progress if your friends with higher management or you kill yourself to prove your worth, dont bring up wrong doing or you will be treated so awful you have to leave your job, advocate for mental health but if your an employee suffering mental health theres no support what so ever. H.R are useless, will not help you in anyway. Good employees constantly leaving due to terrible treatment. Say goodbye to work/life balance as you will be constantly contacted outside of work.
