Some awesome people in your team, members that love the club.

Cons

Always struggle outside of central London. Good staff get poached by bigger clubs and the smaller clubs struggle to recruit.

We do consider the rent charged for Personal Trainers carefully, but can appreciate this can be challenging, especially as you are establishing a PT business within the club.
