Pros

Your not just a number like you can be at other big companies - I've worked for Pure Gym for over 8 years now and don't have a bad thing to say about them. They are a people centred business that looks after each and everyone. I have always felt valued working here and wouldn't want to work at any other fitness provider.

Cons

I don't have any cons - Pure Gym always listens to there employees and changes happen if and when needed.

Pros

Automation, up to date tech with continuous improvement Access to learning sites to develop your own knowledge. Good communication between and within cross teams. Supportive team efforts with problems encountered. Smooth on-boarding process to the teams, company. Access to the women's network and events. Remote working.

Cons

Would like to see more team building events since the work is largely remote.

Pros

Working remote in the IT function but having the option to work from an office if desired allows for a great work/life balance. Everyone is in the same boat so flexible working is encouraged and mental health is prioritised. Great products to work on with an exciting future, and a great team to work with. Process improvements are under consultation so always improving.

Cons

2 main offices and largely remote working can mean disparate teams, but teams getting better at regular meetups either in-office or social. Women under-respresented in IT but this is improving.
