Where do I start? - Micro-Management to a ridiculous level - Toxic culture where the team/managers actively know that they mistreat employees and joke about it This place was pretty much an adult day-care centre, I’d avoid at all costs. My mental health improved significantly after leaving here.

•Almost a 10k a year pay difference between GM & AGM salary when the job role is the same •AGM salary is too low for the amount of work you do. It just about meets the national living wage. •Can’t take annual leave in Jan/Feb & Sep/Oct. •Have to occur company sick pay after providing years of service.
