      Largest Gym company in UK Lots of beneficial apps etc Paid A/L

      Cons

      They need to make rent equal to shift pay, not more than. Allow the managers to make decisions in their own clubs without have to comply with a formulae

      Great brand standard, low prices, steady structure and lots of support available for PTs

      Cons

      Too many contractors changed at once (September 2022) which the business is still recovering from. Don't allow you to be a real manager. Pay isn't worth what's required in the job PTs technically pay to work there
