      Pros

      It has amazing benefits and provides a structured, well-established track record. It also offers great job security in comparison with many other companies.They also overstaff their stores which eases the stress that some other retail operations have.

      Cons

      Management can be cold and incapable of understanding personal issues. Some of the systems implemented in tracking sales and other things could use improvement. The automated replenishment system specifically leaves a lot to be desired and tends to be inaccurate to a fault. If you're more than 3 minutes late, you're written up for being tardy. More than 3 times and you get a 1 week suspension.

      Give the hours to the mature adults with life experiences and treat them better (give more breaks).

      Pros

      Benefits are great now but are changing. Will now need 2,500 hours a year for Medical & Dental Ins. If you are part-time, you are lucky to get 7 - 10 hours a week in the summer. They overstaff teenagers to save money. Thus, you get less per week total, even if you are making $9.75 an hour.

      Cons

      They schedule you for 7 hours with a 1 hour lunch break. This leaves you with 3 hour working intervals. Thus, no 10 minute breaks between. Also, when leveling the store down every night, plan on following the teenagers around and re-doing everything they do. They don't care about downstocking (total leveling down). Management will just make you re-do it at 11pm if you don't. YOU WILL WORK HARD FOR THE ADDITIONAL MONEY THEY PAY.
