      Pros

      nice people. great benefits. %99 you will get the time off you request. department managers are great (at my store).

      Cons

      they always focus on the negatives and what you do wrong in order to better the company. It is difficult to move up in the company. Store managers are not involved with their employees and don't take the time to learn their skills strength and weaknesses. many issues with employees go unresolved.

      It's a good place to move up and the pay is not bad for a teen in high school.

      Pros

      You have a day to day knowledge of things going on as long as you conversate with customers. You will always smile when you go to work well when your customers are nice. They pay is pretty good and you get to know a whole lot more people.

      Cons

      You don't get as many hours as you really need and the managers are not so nice.
