      Pros

      For me, I lived straight across the street from the nearest Publix. Therefore, it is extremely convenient for me to work there. I was really considered for a job when I said that i live less than a minute away by car.

      Cons

      I do not believe that the hourly wage that is given to non-management positions shouldn't be at almost bare minimum wage but this is just my opinion.

      -Better pay then competitors. -Great retirement. -Profit Sharing. -Hard work is rewarded. -Many opportunities to advance within the company. -Work around college schedules.

      Cons

      Some management is incompetent making you wonder how they got into their position. Management works 50 hours plus every week and never has two consecutive days off.
