Would Not Recommend.
Pros
•Benefits can be great. However, if you are part-time, it takes a year or so to become eligible for them. Even then, you have to work a certain amount of hours in a year to be qualified for health insurance for the next year. If you're not, you lose that benefit for the year.
Cons
•Some of management, and some co-workers, have been incredibly unprofessional and have overstepped boundaries before. I've also had negative personal comments said to me. •Need to be trained in a new department? Good luck. Communication between management and associates can be atrocious. Either you get the wrong directions, or you get none at all. And if you do something wrong, even as a new associate, you are talked down to. •If you are part-time, keep in mind that your hours can be cut at any given time, especially during the holidays.
