Decent-ish starting pay If you are part time they work with you very well.

Cons

Actively had the Management, and District Management deny raise requests stating every employee isn't deserving a raise due to their own personal choices, and lack of upward mobility. Was told stock options, that you don't benefit till retirement, were more important than affording current living conditions.

-Good first experience -Some managers care about you

-No benefits for part-timers, would be nice if we accrued vacation and sick time like some other part-time jobs -Raises are so tiny, and I'll never forget when the customer service asst manager purposely docked my pay because I helped an older customer pass over a 12-pack of soda from her cart. I was docked on "safety" because I could've hurt myself. It was literally the same day as my perfomance review, so she was looking for something to prevent from giving me a FIFTY CENT* raise. -Customers are tough to deal with
