We get paid very well. It's pretty great actually.

Cons

Crazy hours. Sometimes close and have to be back in the morning. It's all part of it though ya know?

Pros

Very flexible scheduling, learn great customer service, oppertunities for advancement, awesome management, learn accounting abilities, get to work for a company who cares about their employees.

Cons

Once you get used to a store sometimes to move up you have to change stores, you have to cut overtime hours and go home early without keeping the overtime.
