Pros

Working here has been an absolute relief. I had worked previously in restaurant work for 7 years and then someone from their Center of Excellence told me to apply. My supervisor is absolutely superb. I plan to be here til retirement...and I still have a lot of kick in me.

Cons

Not a lot of cons... they have good pay, They have breaks. You don't find that in restaurants. ... Maybe the only constructive criticism would be ... no wait, they are creating activities to hang out with other colleagues with their monthly activities... yeah, this place is dang near perfect.

Pros

I never found a single pro.

Cons

We had very bad health insurance and on top of it we were overworked and underpaid. This job was not IT at all, it was a call center. We were tasked with unrealistic metrics all while being expected to take abuse from rude callers and accommodate to language barriers. To cut money due to shady financial practices and needing to pay back the IRS, they started only hiring overseas. I was given all of these extra tasks outside of taking an ungodly amount of calls without any extra pay. If I took long completing a task I was immediately pinged and called due to not taking calls. I developed pretty severe burnout due to the nature of the job that was turning more and more into a call center by the day. If I ever needed help, tier 2 was there to hurt instead of help. They were almost abusive and belittling and would bully you for needing help. It was horrible when the only goal is to get the job done and get it done well.

Pros

Providence is a great place to work with committed leadership and caregivers.

Cons

Healthcare is changing with cuts to services due to reimbursement challenges, but I feel that leadership tries hard to stay true to mission
