Pros

A very short commute time.

Cons

Tuition reimbursement is so minimal and has so many restrictions it is mostly worthless. They make you participate in weird team building. Management works out of this book 'Crucial Conversations' which should be labeled 'Cruel-cial Conversations', because it is basically a manual for sociopaths. Another is this thing called 'Personalysis', which is basically a fraud ( look it up on Google Scholar ). 'Project-ification', i.e. turning the simplest things into 'projects'.
