Pros

Great co-workers on individual teams. The mission supporting healthcare caregivers is very meaningful. Challenging but interesting work.

Cons

Pay is lower than market. Managers are more about serving their own careers than their employees. Toxic abusive management culture. Change is hard to implement.

Good Values, No perks

Pros

Has strong guiding principles for their core values. much lip service is given to this. majority of employees connect with and try to exemplify this mission.

Cons

company offers few, if any perks. management expects employees to give 150% of their energy to fulfill this mission, but the demands on employee workload is often so heavy that it takes a hard toll.

Pros

People very nice and everyone inspired by mission of the company Leadership focused on digital innovation so dollars flow there.

Cons

Too many ex-employees from Amazon came to Digital Innovation and changed culture for the worse. Providence leadership overall is not strong - too much competition for small amount of resources.
