Pros

People are friendly and caring, 2 days work from home policy. On site cafeteria(not subsidized)Free parking. 25 days starting PTO has to be used for sick, holidays and vacation.

Cons

No extended illness bank, no paid holidays, no paid sick time, no hmo plan only HDHP. My kid was in hospital 2 weeks, got no pay and huge medical bill. 7 day compulsory unpaid holidays. Expected to work weekends, even had to work Christmas day and New Years day unpaid. Probably worst company I have worked for.

Pros

Co-workers are mostly great to work with as there are ones you can count on to pitch in for the greater good and not in it just for themselves but are part of a team.

Cons

Lots of change going on and expecting to do more with less. Long hours in some departments has become the expectation. No assistance from Senior Management. Senior Management talk a lot on mission and values but many don't adhere to them but expect the staff to. Senior Management (organization and department level) try to spin things to put positive light on it but only sounds untrustworthy for those who know the facts.. Raises are minimal but only Senior Management is entitled to bonuses.

Pros

Work load fairly predictable day in and day out. Steady work schedule.....standard bankers hours.

Cons

There are so many cons I am not sure where to start. Since my time starting at this company I have worked under 5 different supervisors. There are so many changes performed internally that supervisors come and go because they fail to produce the unobtainable numbers expected from each department. My department has an extremely high turn-over rate, as people are either quitting or being fired for minuscule things. I have found incorrect data and untrue filed with my employee reviews. I have never worked for a company that treated their staff like 5 years olds and demean at meetings. If someone makes a complaint about you, it will end up as a warning directed at you instead of viewing actual facts. Worst company I've worked for!!!
