Pros

The people, the environment, the fact that the hospital has Jesus at the center of it's mission, employees stay with the company for a long time which says something. Employees work well together to care for patients and to get the job done. There is a strong focus on high quality care and putting the patients first.

Cons

Heavy work load, can be physically, emotionally, and mentally overwhelming at times. There's not always time or a chance to take breaks or to take an uninterrupted 30-minute lunch. Staffing could be better. Pay could be better.
