Pros

room for growth, a large company so many opportunities, the people really care about eachother, the quality of work is important to leadership, no layoffs have been done during the tough economy.

Cons

leadership has staff working on too many large initiatives at once with no clear direction. It can be difficult to move up the ladder but not impossible.
