Pros

The benefits package is great and the doctors I work with are wonderful. It's never overwhelming and everyone in the office does their job.

Cons

I spend a lot of time bored as there isn't a lot to do inbetween patients and my provider is somewhat slow. The pay could be better. I feel the sick time off restrictions could be better as I have only left early twice and never called in yet I have been written up for the two time I went home sick. Also, management never seems to realize or tell you that you've done well.

Pros

The mission statement and core values are what I personally live by and support. My co-workers are like family. Everyone is very friendly. The pay is fair and the work is adequate.

Cons

Providence Management does not live by the mission statement or do they follow the core values. There is not clear, concise, or transparent communication. Workplace violence is not dealt with as the hospital policy says it should. Employees are not respected or treated fairly. Human Resources is pro management. The regular employee does not have a chance. Union represenation is the only hope any employee has.
