Pros

Casual work environment and very nice coworkers. They don't seem to grind the IT people with excessive hours like many companies. Made to feel IT is appreciated.

Cons

Lots of layers of management, growing pains with consolidation of IS services. Holidays come out of general PTO time. Work from home policies seem to be inconsistant and very limited.

Pros

The company stays entune to the needs of patients and the technology needed to ensure that patient care can be provided with speed and ease.

Cons

THe upper management seems to be going through a constant reorganization period which causes stress to those whose roles are possibly being phased out

Pros

Mission is not just on the wall; it truly is front and center. Caring culture. Gives back as much as possible to the communities it serves. Great growth opportunities for young professionals.

Cons

Consistently understaffed. Staff overburdened with work. Performance management is lacking. Consensus-based decision making culture=very slow pace.
