Pros

I get my paycheck on time.

Cons

The whole Epic project is full of incompetent managers. They treat their employees like equipment, and not people. They do not appreciate hard work, nor do they appreciate being questioned. Being a manager means being able to bully those underneath into completing projects they are ill-equiped to complete. They then blame that ill-equippedness on the employee.
