Pros

I was hired in August 2014. The interview process was well organized and efficient with a very competitive offer made in a quick fashion. I love the people I work with and management is approachable and fair. I am encouraged to submit ideas that will boost patient satisfaction AND employee satisfaction. The merit and values of Mission are something I stand behind and appreciate that senior management does too.

Cons

As is the issue across the nation, staffing to meet the needs for behavioral health patients is a challenge.
