Pros

Growing hospital--3rd largest in the state. Level II Trauma, Level III NICU--growing neurosurgical program. Recognized by Leapfrog as a A+ from Leapfrog for Patient Safety.

Cons

I can't think of anything. A Mission based organization that cares deeply for the community.

Great company culture. The entire team here really has a nice positive attitude and they work well with each other. I spent some time in the Corporate office. It is the kind of place where people hold the door for each other and visitors are always asked if they need directions

Cons

I was not on the team long enough to appreciate any significant issues
