Pros

The nurses are great to work with, and really care about their patients. Everyone helps each other and there is good teamwork

Cons

The new owners (Providence) are making many unpopular cuts to benefits (vacation time, IRA matching %). Overall, management is not very receptive to staff concerns

Pros

The practice that I worked for got bought by Providence. I left soon after to go to school full time. My guess the good thing about working for Providence is that you can transfer within the company, since they have multiple offices in Spokane.

Cons

I did not see any cons.

Pros

You can help people and be proud of your work

Cons

Like many places, you are not always acknowledged for hard work but rather by how well you play "politics" with upper management.
