Pros

Work with team players. I love what I do. I love being a nurse and I love my patients and want to give them a great hospital experience.

Cons

No appreciation from manager or those ,"higher" up. Unable to get more than "meets standards' on my yearly evaluation. After staff complained about the long and complicated evaluation we had to fill out to get our annual raise, a short form was created. It is easier to complete and most nurses are using it but now you won't get more than a basic raise. Management does not listen to the staff and most of the RN's I work with are disappointed with management. I need to work, do I stay.
