      I have been an employee with Providence for 6.5 years and have found that the leadership stands behind the Mission and Core Values. The culture of the organization is one that I am proud to be a part of and represent. The care that the caregivers pass onto the patients and family members leads me to bring my family here. I am extremely proud to be a part of this great organization!

      Pros

      I loved the mission of caring for all people regardless of status or financial ability to pay in full. The team atmosphere of working in a dynamic cutting edge health care facility is not like any other workplace I have been involved in. Providence paid a good hourly wage with excellent benefits during my time there. Once you work at PAMC there were opportunities to explore different career paths as employees often got first chance at other job openings. I truly enjoyed my coworkers a great deal.

      Cons

      I have been gone several years and honestly cannot think of any right off hand. I would be very interested in working at PAMC again.
