Pros

Employees care about the patients, community and fellow Caregivers. Amazing staff!

Cons

There is no real strategy to follow. Mergers have forced the organization to only care about the bottom line. Good talented employees are now leaving a rapid pace because they no longer feel a connection to the organization.

Pros

Medical Benefits are not too bad. Premiums are low and we get a health incentive which is $700 for individual and $1,400 for employee+ children.

Cons

Leadership No longer follows the mission, holidays come out of your PTO. We are Understaffed and underpaid. Raises this year doesn’t even cover the cost of living! The longer you’ve been here, the less you get.
