      Pros

      It is great for beginners because you learn a ton on the job and you wear many hats in the role such as case manager, counselor, therapist, nurse, etc. the population can be difficult but rewarding as they are usually low maintenance clients who can be grateful towards their team. Job can be rewarding overall.

      Cons

      Pay was horrendous compared to the work and experience the company demanded. No work-life balance.
