Pros

havent come across any

Cons

Prosegur dont believe in pay rises, old managers running the show and cutting the cost just so they can have there bonuses, staff are very unhappy and after almost 3 years still no payrise. positions are never advertised, only seem to be using existing staff members who are doing triple the work, still havent gotten a pay rise after 2 yrs of working with this company, its disgusting and OLD management need to GO.

Pros

decent salary for their employees.

Cons

Horrible managers and management. Zero support. High turnovers. Not allowed for unpaid leave for 6 months probation. Change in work policy all the time. Managers are not supportive at all to their staffs' well-being. 12 hr shift with just an hour break. Heavily micromanaged at all times. Salary was not accurate.

Pros

There are no Pros for this company!

Cons

Command Security took over the USPIS contract and the employee fringe benefits. They have been investigated for fraud, ethical matters of money and employee fraud. The company should not have been awarded a contract with the United States Postal Service. The DOL has investigated them twice and still the Postal Service is holding on to this company because they agreed to the lowest bid. Federal Law Enforcement Communication Center (That is treated like customer service) 12 Hour Shifts Employees hope to be paid or on time No pay raise unless the minimum wage goes up Mandated Insurance Less than minimum staffing
