      Stable job, pays according to Union agreements, uniform provided by the company.

      Cons

      Low pay, scarce possibilities of personal growth, some workplaces "objetivos", in Prosegur speech, offer awful working conditions (including lack of access to clean drinking water or a proper toilet).
