Business Outlook
Pros
Highly qualified and committed individual professionals, huge organisational potential. By my opinion, the organisation has and excellent platform. It would be great if it will develop further based on potential of excellence.
Cons
Lack of vision and management strategy, like they do not know what to with the organisation. The reason may be that the people are committed to the company on a voluntary basis and part-time only. So, the organisation it is not a top priority to follow. I missed more activity within ti, more out-of-the-office events and stong project management promotion, and the organisation as well.
