Pros

Very friendly and knowledgeable team that embrace new technology and are eager to get you involved. Very competitive pay and excellent benefits including flex time and work from home availability. Business analysts and project managers come to SCRUMs and meetings far more prepared than those of my former employers. Couldn't be happier with my first month.

Cons

Nothing so far. My commute is a little longer than what I am used to but still not bad and will be further mitigated by eventually being able to work from home.

Get to meet a lot of people interested in PMI-ACP and Agile in general. Also get to learn about things that worked and did not work for different Agile implementations.

Cons

There is a lot of administration but overall the position has been a positive experience.
