-Set hours (no rotating shifts) -Low volume call center -Casual enviorment -Catered lunch during the week

Cons

The worst place I've ever worked

Pros

Pay was comparable for the position.

Cons

Toxic environment Managers are unavailable and oblivious to issues in the department. IT systems are unreliable, I was losing work every time the system crashed followed by long delays waiting for IT to "fix" the issue.

Pros

Good medical benefits, great co-workers. (really some of the best)

Cons

4 weeks vacation to begin, but be prepared to be berated for taking it. Some managers are NEVER wrong. Proving they are, is a fast track out the door. Don't bother to report to upper management or HR. It will fall on deaf ears. They protect their own, even the worst of the worst. Can't rate CEO or Board as they are completely removed from staff. Political correctness about the chain of command is out of control. Any information that flows down from the top is shrouded in company speak with no real substance. Really good people are leaving or being pushed out and no one is trying to find out why. Technology is about 10 years behind. Some extremely talented IT folks but it takes months to get new ideas or improvements approved, if ever. IT can only work with what they have. If you want a job where you keep your head down and agree with everything managers throw at you, don't share good ideas for fear they will be dismissed or stolen, and never point out mistakes or inconsistencies in upper management, this place is for you.
