I'm writing this review because I read every review here before deciding to accept the offer, and I wanted to give prospective candidates a new take on the company from a new hire. First, the people here are wonderful, everyone is willing to help and is invested in the success of the organization. The company is going through a digital transformation, so the ability to work with best in class technologies and processes has been great. There are many new hires as part of the transformation, and the HR department has done a great job at recruiting talent with experience and skills, but also individuals that are a good fit. Great benefits as well!

Nice co workers. Vacation is ok but for a not for profit it should be more.

Cons

Everything This is a company searching for survival. Transforming into nothing. They don’t even realize the already lost their market. Too late to creat a new one.
