The culture was great, it showed that the really valued their people. Little events organized by HR were fun and gave something to look forward to each week.

Cons

How engaging the work was, was pretty hit or miss. Leadership really needs to take direction on projects and make engaging work possible.

They have a fantastic work/life balance. Very good benefits, and a lot of learning opportunities. 20 PDO's per year!

Cons

Things tend to get tied up in red tape all the time. If you work here, get used to a slow pace of getting things done.
