Pros

There are a number of pros to working at PMI. - I always felt like the company really cared about you. They demonstrated that with amazing benefits, work/life balance and at least for me, salary. - The pace will vary depending on your department, but for infrastructure services at least, it was very laid back compared to other companies I've worked for. This is a pro if you don't bore easy. - If you like things that don't change frequently, and are kept as simple as possiable, this is also another great feature of working at PMI. Some companies are changing things every couple of months. I found the change rate here to be very slow. There are changes related to cloud that force you to adapt quick, but there is no effort made to re-invent the wheel. - If personal career growth is something you're into, there is a pluralsite subscription provided which is awesome.

Cons

No place is perfect: I'll simply say, read the review that exist on here, most of them are still very much true. For me, I'm leaving because I didn't ever really feel like I fit in with my department and manager. it's a personal thing, and my experience would likely vary to yours.

Pros

The last few years have been times of change at PMI, midway into the global transformation, the investment back into employee training and development is amazing, there is a a new CEO who has hit the ground running and there are a lot of new faces with all of the people that have been hired and a lot of people in new jobs. Benefits are really good. If you want to work for a truly global company- PMI is the right place for you.

Cons

Don't work here if you want to be bored.

Pros

I'm writing this review because I read every review here before deciding to accept the offer, and I wanted to give prospective candidates a new take on the company from a new hire. First, the people here are wonderful, everyone is willing to help and is invested in the success of the organization. The company is going through a digital transformation, so the ability to work with best in class technologies and processes has been great. There are many new hires as part of the transformation, and the HR department has done a great job at recruiting talent with experience and skills, but also individuals that are a good fit. Great benefits as well!

Cons

nothing yet, its only been a few months
