Pros

pay and benefits (4% safe harbor election with no match required from the employee).

Cons

This could have been a great professional experience, but the organization, as a whole, has become more profit-driven. That would be ok, but the software/technology infrastructure is based on the agile minimum viable product approach and there are so many issues just trying to get information from the system and doing reporting/analysis. Nothing is stable and it's constantly changing without ever really fixing the underlying data issues.

Pros

There are a number of pros to working at PMI. - I always felt like the company really cared about you. They demonstrated that with amazing benefits, work/life balance and at least for me, salary. - The pace will vary depending on your department, but for infrastructure services at least, it was very laid back compared to other companies I've worked for. This is a pro if you don't bore easy. - If you like things that don't change frequently, and are kept as simple as possiable, this is also another great feature of working at PMI. Some companies are changing things every couple of months. I found the change rate here to be very slow. There are changes related to cloud that force you to adapt quick, but there is no effort made to re-invent the wheel. - If personal career growth is something you're into, there is a pluralsite subscription provided which is awesome.

Cons

No place is perfect: I'll simply say, read the review that exist on here, most of them are still very much true. For me, I'm leaving because I didn't ever really feel like I fit in with my department and manager. it's a personal thing, and my experience would likely vary to yours.
