Thank you for your review. We are proud to offer employees excellent pay and benefits. We have undergone a reorganization and welcomed several new executive leaders this year who are helping to align on our strategic goals and better serve the PMI Community. As our culture evolves, folks are encouraged to have open and honest conversations at all levels of the organization or with their (HR) talent partner.

Pros

Good mission, nice employees. Work from home

Cons

No work-life balance. Very difficult to keep up and maintain any kind of self care routine, get adequate sleep. or time with family. Relationships among team members are transactional at best. It’s tough to build relationships with people you’ve never met in person.

Pros

I have never felt more supported, engaged, and cared for than I have at PMI. Yes there have been many changes in the last few years, and while change can be scary for many of us, the latest changes in senior leadership have been nothing less than inspiring. I truly feel honored to work here, and proud of the impact my work has. Generous salaries, benefits, effective senior leadership, managers with high EQ, the list goes on.

Cons

None that come to mind.

We’re eager to see the positive impact they’ll bring to PMI as we continue to grow and create value for the project management community at large.
