My coworkers! Also Free medical benefits and ample vacation time. But with the new CEO theses Pros will definitely be gone shortly!

Cons

Terrible management always in meetings or hiding in offices or behind their cubicle walls no help when short staffed. No support. Transition is awful and really laughable!! New CEO is awful.

-Great People -Fun environment - excellent opportunity to learn

Poor management decisions are never subject to any level of accountability. New executive leadership is very arrogant and seems uninterested and distrustful of the department as a whole. Architecture design is poor and leads to constant "emergencies." There is no thought given to how development and operations work together. priority is always given to new features, which results in mountains of technical debt. The company is constantly reminding employees that they Have a few hundred million in liquid assets, but they never seem to spend it on improving what they actually deliver, or in IT's case, how they deliver it.
