      Remote. Global. Good Computer. Some time off.

      Cons

      Squandered six weeks in their interview circus for this trainwreck. Leadership openly confesses they're lost in their own department, then dumps useless projects that benefit no one. This place pretends to be mission-driven while frantically chasing dollars like vultures. Executives use economic anxiety as a club, repeatedly hammering "you should be grateful to work here" while demanding insane schedules. The poisonous atmosphere and inept supervision wrecked my well-being. Zero guidance, zero resources, zero vision - just bullying and busy work. Half a year of my professional life flushed away. Flee immediately.

      Great benefits, great time off structure.

      Cons

      Operations is undervalued and barely visible. If you work in marketing, products or development, you will likely be appreciated, anyone keeping the lights on is not valued.
