Great overall experience but some glaring issues
Pros
It's a niche product that helps an industry that impacts literally everyone in the country. Company culture is great in terms of the people, events, and benefits such as unlimited PTO, fully stocked kitchen snacks, and free catered lunches on Fridays. As a startup, there is a lot of room for personal growth if you put in the effort and take big strides. It can strap boost your career and provide many more opportunities later down the line.
Cons
As with any start-up, there is a lot of miscommunication and inefficiency. At times, it can feel like you're stuck in a position with no upper momentum. Raises aren't given unless it's asked so you can feel under-appreciated. No real training but rather a swim or sink mentality. The job isn't easy and it's definitely not for everyone.
