Pros

Many lovely people work here.

Cons

Length of service is the requirement for reward and recognition, not merit - apply here for an unrewarding job until company is run into the ground,

Even though you no longer work with us, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the company – we’re happy to read that you found your team and the wider business to be friendly and, in your words, lovely! We are obviously disappointed about your negative comments here and hope you raised them during your time at Pro.

Thank you for recommending Pro Global to prospective new hires. In the years since you worked for us, we’ve increased our client base and where possible train our team members across multiple client teams in order to actively manage workloads.

Pros

Flex hours, they have core hours 10-12 and 12-4, obviously you have to work the permitted hours per week, some teams you can have flexi time but not all. Other staff are friendly. They pay for Cii but you have to pay it all back if you leave the company standard.

Cons

When you work hard its not noticed, pay is terrible wouldn't recommend if you have no experience as you will start on 14 grand a year. Have to work christmas usually, management never budge so no chance of moving up unless your planning to stay on for 20+ years. Work is very boring and tedious doing the same repetitive thing all day long. High turnover of staffing due to low pay
