In regards to pay increase, we have two increases planned for this year, as outlined in the recent companywide communication, as well as the annual performance related bonus. Any further pay increases outside of those, are subject to performance and progression and therefore please raise any queries you may have regarding this with your line manager or if you would like to contact HR, they would be happy to discuss this with you.

Amazing company, good amount of holidays, decent amount of work load which means good work life balance. Very understanding, you can also carry forward holidays into the next year. Hybrid/remote but willing to consider if you’re travelling from far.

Cons

Pay and Progression is the only problem.
