      Great co-workers, ethically bankrupt manager

      Pros

      My Premier team mates both in my group and across other groups were fantastic, always willing to lend a hand and share wisdom, business knowledge.

      Cons

      Pushed too much offshore. Went from a team of 9 FTE to 3 FTE and 9 offshore contractors. Also kept the ethically bankrupt manager of our team who was pretty much the reason 6 of us from the team left. They had no idea what we did or respected our efforts, micromanaged to the point if your messenger went from green to away for more than 10M, the where were you always came up. Long term employees from our group left because of them.

      Pros

      Management at Premier is both professional and personable. They make sure you have all that you need to succeed and are even there to vent to when things get tough.

      Cons

      Hired on remote initially, worked for over two years, then was required to go in office 3 days per week. I had been remote for 4-5 years prior to this so it took me by surprise.
