Great co-workers. Very knowledgeable and will teach almost everything that you need to know.

Cons

Several toxic employees. Management refuses to deal with them. All they do is cause headache and more work for the rest of us.

Pros

Premier has a noble mission to improve the health of communities by lowering costs of care while improving outcomes. The company is doing well under the leadership of its current chief officers.

Cons

Communication to employees has been declining for years. Executive management is growing more and more out of touch w/ employees. Training is woefully out of date; orientation for our new hires was consistently full of outdated information. The vast majority of staff drive themselves too hard, consistently working nights and weekends - in part a result of lean staffing in many areas; in part due to a lack of allowance of time to plan effectively (too many things are urgent and needed yesterday)
