In regards to the Consulting/Advisory team, internally, there is very little internal respect for this division amongst the other divisions at the firm. Externally, members don't fully understand what the Consulting/Advisory team does and leadership hasn't figured out how to explain it. Senior leadership knows they need to evolve the business model, but they've done an absolutely terrible job of implementing and clearly do not understand what they're asking for. As a result, a significant amount of time is spent managing internal stakeholders vs. doing actual work.
Additionally, the organization sells itself as having impressive amounts of member data, yet everytime we've tried to use it we find massive problems that make the data available virtually unusable.
