Cons

Underpay and incessant squeeze on benefits. When is corporate America going to stop this downward economic death spiral they have us locked into?

The company provided on the job training to learn how to repair, inspect, tear down and build up the F119 engine used on the F-22 Raptor Fighter aircraft. The company treated everyone fairly and with the utmost respect. One of the best companies I have ever worked for.

Cons

On a few occasions we came up with innovative solutions to improve engine production scheduling and flow. We were advised that others have already made decisions.
